If YOU cancel your reservations you may be fully refunded.

Full refunds will be processed for participants that cancel their reservations at least 72 hours before their kayaking adventure. Refunds will be processed for transactions completed with cash, check, or processed through Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to process.

If you purchased your ticket through a third party other than (i.e. Groupon®) refunds may not be permitted. Please contact the third party for more information. Tickets purchased within 72 hours before a kayaking adventure are not eligible for a refund.

Conoco Kayak, LLC reserves the right to cancel, switch, or reschedule a kayaking adventure at any time for any reason. In the event that we cancel a kayaking adventure you will be fully refunded if you purchased your ticket(s) using, cash, or check. If you purchased your tickets through a third party other than (i.e. Groupon®) you will be given the option to reschedule your kayaking adventure with the same promotional advantage.

This refund policy does not apply to private tours. Please contact us for more information.

We encourage all participants to buy their tickets in advance online through our website. When purchasing tickets online we accept debit or credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If paying with cash or check(s) please CALL 717-287-9300 to reserve your tickets! Cash or check(s) will be collected at the day of the event. Please bring exact change because we do not carry cash on the bus. If you do not call and reserve your tickets in advance cash or check(s) will be accepted on the day of the event only if there are still seats available on the bus. Ticket prices may be higher when bought in person on the day of the event with cash or check.

Seats on the bus fill up fast so purchase your tickets in advance. Once the limited supply of tickets are gone, they’re gone.


  • All kayakers should be physically fit and able to withstand a long duration of consistent light paddling.
  • Our kayaks have the capacity to hold individuals weighing less than 275 lbs.
  • Kayakers should know the basics of swimming.
  • Conoco Kayak, LLC advises all participants to wear the provided life jackets at all times.
  • Conoco Kayak, LLC kayaking tours can be very adventurous even though they’re flat water tours. There may be challenging obstacles along the way that you will encounter.
  • Periods of sitting in one position for an extended amount of time are expected while kayaking with Conoco Kayak, LLC.

Where are we located?

Conoco Kayak, LLC is a mobile boat livery so we do not have a physical location. However, for all kayaking adventures we meet everyone at a local park. Parking is available at the bus stop location, located at the Antrim Township Community Park in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. The physical address there is 12315 Grant Shook Road, Greencastle, PA 17225. When arriving at Antrim Township Community Park our bus and trailer usually can be located towards the left parking area. We usually park back behind the restrooms/pavilion or near the dog park.

Conoco Kayak, LLC is not affiliated with Antrim Township Community Park in any way.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early at the bus stop to ensure that you will be taken on the trip and not left behind. The bus will promptly leave according to the schedule. If you are running late please notify us by calling 717-287-9300 and we will try to make arrangements.

Q: What is included with a guided kayaking tour?

A: All guided kayaking tours that we offer include the kayaks, adjustable life jackets, paddles, safety whistles, and transportation. Transportation is provided on our bus from the bus stop location to where we are kayaking and back. Typically two or more guides are included with the kayaking tours from start to finish.

Q: Which guided kayaking tours are suitable for beginners?

A: All of our guided kayaking tours are suitable for beginners. Some routes can be more challenging then others depending on the water level. We suggest our lake tours to all beginners.

Q: What kind of kayaks do you use for the tours?

A: Most of our kayaks are all the same. We use standard recreational sit-in kayaks for our tours. We do have a few sit-on kayaks upon request. Our kayaks have the capacity to hold individuals weighing 275lbs or less. We have other kayaks available that hold more weight upon request. We do not have tandem (2 people) kayaks.

Q: Do you have a minimum age requirement?

A: Yes, we require participants to be at least 12 years of age. Any participant under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the Accident Waiver & Release of Liability Form.

Participants younger than the age of 16 are required to have a parent/guardian go along with them on the tour.
